MGO Transport Limited protects both buyers and sellers in online transactions.

The buyer is protected because we do not release the funds to the seller unless the buyer has received the vehicle / merchandise and approved them.

The seller is protected because we make sure the money that are to be paid is in our accounts before the vehicle / merchandise is delivered for inspection to the buyer.

We will accept from buyers only payments or deposits through Bank Transfer or other money transfer services. Sellers from anywhere in the world will be paid also by Bank Transfer, other money transfer services or money orders.

When should I use it?
Quite simply, you should use our Escrow Service whenever you want a secure and inexpensive way to buy or sell online. Our prices are competitive with those offered by other online payment services and we provide the added benefit of protection for both the buyer and seller.

How do I use it?
MGO Transport Limited escrow service is easy to use. As soon as you have agreed with seller on price, terms and condition of vehicle / merchandise, The seller will initiate the transaction with our service.

The seller provides us with the vehicle / merchandise details in order to start the transaction. As soon as we have verified the buyer details for delivery availability and inspected vehicle / merchandise to confirm its condition, we complete all transport documents.

Next we contact the buyer with full details and instructions to make the payment / deposit in order for us to deliver vehicle / merchandise for the inspection period of 7 days.

After the buyer gets and approves the purchased vehicle / merchandise, we release the money to the seller and transaction is complete. If the buyer is not satisfied with the vehicle / merchandise, we return the money to the buyer and return vehicle / merchandise to the seller in its original condition.

In 2017 we purchased priority freight international limited, a locally operated international forwarder and customs broker.
The priority business has been incorporated with that of MGO Transport Limited.

How it Works?

Usually we take part at the selling process by offering our complete escrow and shipping services.
We are not just a regular escrow service, we have the infrastructure to conduct authorized pre-buy inspection on all types of vehicles.

The Seller initiates the Transaction with MGO Transport Limited.

The Buyer and Seller agree to terms and conditions, then Seller leaves the vehicle in MGO Transport Limited custody.
MGO Transport Limited verifies all the information and provides to the Buyer the transaction details:

The Buyer verifies all the transaction details and submits the payment to MGO Transport Limited in order to begin the shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The payment must be submitted within 48 hours to MGO Transport Limited using bank-to-bank priority wire transfer. The funds will be held in MGO Transport Limited bank account until the transaction is either completed or canceled. No funds will be transferred to the Seller until the Buyer accepts the vehicle.

The Buyer will receive the vehicle in 3-5 business days.
The vehicle is received by the Buyer and the 7 days inspection period begins.
During the inspection period the Buyer can verify the vehicle, the original documents and run a test drive.
The Buyer takes a decision after the 7 days inspection period:
- If the Buyer decides to purchase the vehicle, MGO Transport Limited will register the vehicle under the Buyer's name.
- If the Buyer decides to not purchase the vehicle, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer and the vehicle will be shipped back to the Seller.

The funds are transferred from the MGO Transport Limited bank account to the Seller.
The Seller will receive the amount transferred by the Buyer from which we will deduct the tax for the services used during the transaction.

Pricing for buying and selling a vehicle

For example, if you are buying a £12,500 vehicle, the fees are going to be £250.
This tax includes: the canceling of the old registration, deactivation of the car old registration and registration of it to the new buyer.
We will handle the entire procedure of cancellation, registration, sale contract and obtaining the temporary plates for new buyer.

There are a few situations that we currently handle:

The seller and the buyer have already agreed and discussed regarding the transaction and they want to use our escrow (with vehicle inspection) and shipping services; the funds are transferred to the escrow account but the seller will be paid at the end of the transaction;
You are a seller/buyer and you want to sell/buy a vehicle; after analyzing your case we will present our offer; usually the transaction takes place like in the case above;
